Introduction to Mediation and Conflict
Ever wondered if a conflict could have been handled better? Curious to learn a bit about mediation?
This short introductory ‘taster’ session explores some of the basic principles of mediation, the process and why in over 70% of cases it is an effective and quick method of fixing things.
This workshop will be delivered by the Scottish Community Mediation Centre, a service within Sacro. The Centre has been supporting organisations for over 25 years, delivering training in conflict resolution, mediation and restorative practice.
Entry
There are no formal entry requirements.
The session will run from 10:00 to approximately 11:15 and will be held on Zoom.
