Mediation Awareness (CPD)
This introduction level course provides an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the mediation process and how it differs from other forms of dispute resolution, together with an opportunity to practice some of the interpersonal skills used in mediation. Delegates will gain awareness of how mediation can help resolve neighbour disputes and workplace conflict.
By the end of the course delegates will: This course is for organisations who have staff that handle complaints, deal with members of the public regularly or need to be able to effectively signpost mediation for clients. The course is highly interactive and you will learn through a combination of small group exercises, discussions and role plays together with shared learning from trainers. This course can be commissioned to be delivered in person at a suitable venue or online using either Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This course is not assessed.Objectives
