Advanced Questioning
The workshop gives learners the opportunity to practice a range of questioning techniques in a supportive environment.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the different uses of questioning in mediation
- Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose of a range of different types of question
- Use different types of question appropriately
- Understand the concept of ‘funnelling’
- Use ‘funnelling’ to assist clients in addressing issues.
Entry
Learners should have completed a basic mediation course (40 hours) and have some casework experience.
Each session will run from 10:00 to approximately 4pm
