Mediation skills
The standard course for people in Scotland who want to train in community mediation or get a general grounding in mediation skills.

Our ten-module course takes learners through all stages of the theory and practice of the restorative process.

Our two-day course takes learners through the theory and practice of conflict resolution, providing a safe, enjoyable space to practice new skills.

This introduction level course provides an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the mediation process and how it differs from other forms of dispute resolution, together with an opportunity to practice some of the interpersonal skills used in mediation.
