The Scottish Community Mediation Centre has developed a series of documents over the years. These documents are designed for people who are interested in mediation, conflict resolution and restorative practice. In addition, they are a valuable resource for practitioners and managers.

These booklets cover topics such as how to set up and run a community mediation service, together with some of the broader issues in community conflict resolution.

Scottish Community Mediation Network

The Scottish Community Mediation Network is a network of community mediation and homelessness mediation services across Scotland, which supports best practice and shares new developments in mediation provision. You can learn more about this network here.
